Architect/engineer for judicial reform work in Chad

We seek an architect or engineer for work within the Framework Contract Lot 7 “Culture, Governance and Home Affairs”, as part of a request for service from the European Commission for a “Identification d’un Appui communautaire dans le domaine de l’Etat de droit au Tchad — Reforme du système judiciaire”.

Qualified architects or engineers will have experience in Africa countries and in problems related to court or prison buildings.
